You are a 360 recruiter which means you will be doing everything from calling clients- existing clients and researching new ones, finding suitable candidates and registering them and filling permanent or temporary roles within your given niche/geography. We encourage all consultants to treat their desk as their own business and develop their own network and pipeline while we provide the right tools, support, and training to enable you to do so.
In terms of our markets, we’re IT specific, specialising in SAP, Oracle, and IT roles. We work with companies throughout the UK and globally to source highly skilled staff for our clients. We work with some of the biggest and best-known companies and have a highly-rated reputation among clients (the companies that come to us for help) and candidates (the highly skilled staff we find). We’ve placed over 10,000 candidates for 1000 clients around the globe.
Do I need recruitment experience?
Whilst we are keen to hear from experienced recruiters, it is not necessary for you to have recruitment experience. We will provide you with all the training you need. We do however look for evidence of the following attributes throughout our application process:

Speaking a foreign language is not a pre-requisite of this role, but we are of course always interested in candidates that do, especially if it is a language that they are keen to use in their day-to-day job.
