Strong finish to the year with further internal promotions!

Henry Ford once said: “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” And working together with passion and dedication is what kept us in the top recruitment companies this year and what makes our consultants top recruiters.

We completed the year with some international business trips, various charity events and a fabulous Christmas party and Employee Awards. But what makes us proud the most is our four recruiters who finished the year strong and earned themselves a promotion. Get to know them!

Rory Welch – Promoted to Senior Consultant

“Before joining Whitehall I worked in various management positions within the retail sector. I love the fun, exciting, energetic atmosphere in Whitehall and am delighted to have made the leap from retail into recruitment.” About me: “I am a self-confessed “foodie” and love going out to restaurants to eat good food and drink better wine. I am passionate about sport and enjoy football, rugby, golf and horse racing. My perfect day out would be a day at the races, followed by a meal at a top restaurant with good friends.”

Luke Percival – Promoted to Senior Team Leader

“I used to work in IT sales before moving to positions in both private and commercial car sales. Eager for a new challenge, I started my career in recruitment at Whitehall in 2014. I have since been promoted three times. In my spare time, I enjoy various sports such as golf and football.”

Ben Brown –  Promoted to Senior Team Leader

“I joined the Royal Navy in 1999 as a Radar and Weapon Systems Specialist. After achieving my goal of travelling the world I left and had seven successful years in sales before joining Whitehall Resources in June 2010. I have been promoted to Senior Consultant, Team Lead and now Senior Team Lead on the UK Contracts Key Accounts team where I continue to work with some of the biggest SAP clients in the world. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, playing guitar and the occasional night out with friends.”

Sam Jeggo –  Promoted to Senior Consultant

“After multiple years in roles revolving around sport and football, I decided to jump into recruitment for a fresh change of pace and new challenge and was not disappointed. The role here at Whitehall provided me with a new challenge and exciting prospects with the opportunity to build a career for myself, which I didn’t feel that I could achieve in my previous roles.”
