We pride ourselves on our success. For the past three years we’ve received the highest rating from Best Companies and rank highly in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For. We now have offices in Colchester, Germany and Dubai, the business is growing, our recruiters are growing and all our teams are hiring! If that’s not enough to convince you, here’s more…

Why you’ll love working at Whitehall

#1

Our mission

To be the biggest and best recruiter globally, in the markets we deliver to.

We strive to exceed our previous best – from a company level, to teams and individual goals. We truly believe we grow as you grow. Our approach led us to be recognised as one of the top performing UK companies with international sales.

#2

Our brand

We are an international company with great reputation across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. We are a trusted partner for our strong network of candidates we’ve built over many years and for our clients that include big names like Microsoft, Heineken and Coca-Cola.

#3

Your colleagues

Friendly team members from all backgrounds: hospitality, retail, sales, graduates, experienced recruiters and more. Our international team speaks 12 languages altogether, there is always something to talk about!

#4

Great atmosphere

We host events in and out of the office all year long: Dogs at Work Day, charity events, Summer and Christmas parties, and more. We are also the main sponsor of the Colchester Rugby Football Club and regularly get involved in their events. There is something for everyone!

#5

Your training

After an initial three-day boot camp to learn the basics, you’ll receive ongoing mentoring from your team leader and the L&D team to help you develop your skills in sales, business management, leadership, and on anything and everything you need to become an outstanding recruitment consultant.

#6

Your professional development

You progress and get promoted as you hit your individual targets at your own pace, working towards your personal career path, whether you would like to be a Managing Consultant or the team Manager. The personal development never stops.

#7

Our commission structure

You truly get rewarded for your efforts, meaning the more you put in, the more you get out of it. We have one of the most generous commission structures in the industry. Don’t believe us? Call us and you’ll see.

#8

Our incentives

Monthly and quarterly incentives that go from bottles of fizz and gift cards to days out to local restaurants, spas, London venues and even to our villa in Portugal. We also celebrate our company achievements together when winning awards and breaking team and company records!

#9

Location, location, location

Not only will you work in a brand new open-plan office with great rest areas such as the games room and our 1950’s themed canteen, you’ll also be based in the Colchester Business Park (no commute to London!) or in the business area in Frankfurt or Dubai.
