Sales Administrator – Maternity Leave Cover

What we are we looking for

  • Previous experience in an office administration, reception or secretarial environment (strong candidates with a willingness to learn will be considered)
  • The ability to undertake proactive, outbound calls with people at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Word & Excel (essential), PowerPoint (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • A positive, personable, engaging character who has the confidence to have a positive impact within a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and on tasks requiring engagement with those both inside and outside the business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality levels, accuracy and service levels

What you’ll be doing

  • Reporting to the management team on current monthly sales tracking
  • Sales meeting travel coordination
  • Sales Administration tasks and activities as required
  • Monthly meeting follow-up
  • Contractor Payroll support – client and contractor onboarding & engagement, extension coordination, contractor & intermediary terms, contractor administration and ongoing customer service support to current contractors & clients
  • Issue/Problem resolution
