Key Accounts Consultant

What you’ll be doing

Although this is a recruitment position, you will not be required to win new business as you will be focusing on the delivery side of recruitment, rather than the sales side. This job will require you to support our existing clients with their ongoing recruitment needs. With market-leading training, you will learn how to source great candidates and manage the overall recruitment process. Our key accounts team is one of the busiest teams in the business and needs a highly organised individual who thrives on achieving results quickly.

What will I learn?

In this role, you will learn how to understand the needs of our clients before calling candidates to discuss ongoing, live opportunities. You will develop skills around CV matching and how to submit candidates via client portals. You will develop confidence and resilience in this fast-paced role.

What do I need to be successful for this opportunity?

Personality and personal attributes are more important than experience for this sales job. We pride ourselves on our diverse workforce and we have very successful Consultants who have joined us from all walks of life.
