Join our next Recruitment Day

We are holding a Recruitment Day on the 10th October where you are invited to join us from 9:00am–5:00pm at our offices to get a real feel for what it is like to work at Whitehall.

The day will include everything from free breakfast to inspiring career talks. There will be a mixture of group tasks and interview slots to help you showcase your skills.

We will end the day with a fun, mini table tennis championship so we can get to know you on a more personal level too! We believe that fitting in with us culturally is equally as important as what you can bring to the role.

Each of our teams is growing requiring more support at all levels. Our promotions are based on your performance. There’s no favouritism here, the performance of everyone is open and transparent.

The vast majority of our recruiters in seniors roles were promoted up all the way from their first start in the industry at Whitehall.

Commission structure

You’ll either work in contract (short term placements) or permanent recruitment. In the contract world, you earn ongoing commission based on the day-rates of the highly skilled IT professionals you place. In permanent recruitment, you earn a larger one-off payment based off the salary of the placement salary.

The better you can negotiate with your candidates and clients, the better value you offer them, the better service you deliver, the more successful you will be.
