If you’ve started your career in Retail and are now looking to for a step up, then recruitment could be the change you’ve been looking for.

You’ll be using your expert customer service skills and developing your sales knowledge in our new starter boot camp. You’ll be working with candidates and clients around the world, supporting projects with some of the biggest and best-known companies on the planet.

We work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6 pm, we don’t work weekends!


You’ll be joining the world of SAP, Oracle, and IT recruitment. We give full and ongoing training on everything you’ll need to excel in your new position.

We have a clear and transparent commission structure – there’s no small print, and you can earn from day one. Here are some facts and figures on Whitehall consultants to give you an idea of the opportunities here. These are all based on team members that have worked longer than a year:

  • 64% earned over £35,000
  • 27% earned over £50,000
  • Average earnings are over £44,000
  • Over £780,000 in commissions was paid out last year


Whilst the majority of your work will be done from our brand new £4m building, there’s plenty of opportunities to get out and about. We travel to meet clients throughout the UK, and our international team is regularly jet-setting abroad (Europe and the Middle East) to meet candidates and clients.


We quarterly competitions across the business.The winners can choose from our villa in Portugal, hotel and theatre trips, hotel and a family trip to UK attraction (safari, Legoland, theme park), a day at the tracks or spa weekends. This quarter, one of the winners was someone who has been here less than a year.

Nights out and other rewards

Any consultant who exceeds their target is rewarded that month with Lunch Club – a Friday afternoon out the building on the house. We also have paid-for nights out through the year including huge summer and Christmas parties and nights out to celebrate company milestones. We also put on food during the day when we have record-breaking months.
