Every month, anyone who exceeds their targets is invited out for a Friday afternoon celebration at a top local restaurant, and we take care of the bill. You’ll get to know the managers and members of the other teams while enjoying your time on us. ‘Champagne deals’ are rewards that range from bottles of fizz to Amazon gift cards for consultants who bring in a new client.
